Mama's Coffee Shop

We play coffee shop a lot...but it usually entails going through a drive through in my minivan and pulling away with a hot drink in my hand.  Today,  CoCo was playing out on the deck and pulled up in her car up to the sliding glass door of our house while I was doing dishes and yells out, "Scuse Me...can I have a grande with cream on it?"

Why yes, what an excellent idea!  (If only we were at my favorite spot for ordering grande anythings)...So, we decided to make our own coffee shop today...

 This was fun, almost as fun as the real thing...and since we didn't spend any money on pricey drinks it's the kind of coffee shop we can visit most often.

    I LOVE these photographed stories!
    We can see a dramatization of each part by what - by now - are quite accomplished actors...
    It makes me want to be a little girl for a while again, to go play with all of you guys!

    What fun! That house will serve as many exciting shops. I can't wait to see what the next enterprise will be.
