Anniversary of a Baptism- Tovrea Louis

Today is the anniversary of my sweet first baby's baptism.  Baptized in Saint Martin's in the Fields, Episcopal Church, Reverend Marilyn Schneider performed the ceremony for Tovrea. My big boy, wearing the same white baptismal gown that my siblings and I all wore at our baptisms over 30 years ago.

A beautiful ceremony in 2004, a happy day, and a happy baby! 

Dearest Tovrea,
You have grown to be such a mature, nice boy. You are so well liked by all who meet you. May you always know you are a child of God. You are loved by the Great Almighty.

Anniversary of a Baptism- Corinn Cora

Three years ago today, CoCo was baptized in the Episcopal Church. Surrounded by friends and family we celebrated God's blessing on her life!  Today we remember how blessed we are to have her in our lives. Here are photos of her special day in 2008.  She has grown into an amazing, sweet and lively little girl...she is loved!!

Anniversary of a Baptism- Quintin Cash

My youngest baby was baptized as a child of God in the Episcopal Church.  It was a sweet ceremony...today, I remember him with photos of one year ago and a prayer often prayed by my own maternal grandfather, Reverend Marius J Lindloff.

Watch over me, O Lord

as my days increase:  bless and guide me wherever I may be.  Strengthen me when I stand, comfort me when discouraged or sorrowful, raise me up if I fall, and in my heart may thy peace which passeth understanding abide all the days of my life: through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
