Kids in a candy store!!

We took a visit to Hammond's Candy Factory with our cousin Davis, we didn't waste any time before diving right into the candy! They offer tours of the factory but this crew just wanted one thing...

Pure delight....then pure CRAZY!!!...

We got out of there with everyone picking 3 choices, they wanted taffy, a sour gummy lizard, and a lollipop!  After our sweet treats, we went downtown for hot dogs at Billy's Hot Dogs, surprising they all still ate their lunch.  Then on the way home, stopped at the book store for a new story, It's a Secret, by John Burningham about an adventure into the night with a cat who likes to party!  We couldn't wait to hear the story, so I read it to them on the way home in the car.

It was a great day...a dream day for them in fact...candy, hot dogs and story time!!

  2. Yes, T-Man's faces show what an artistic soul he has. No candy store for me though, but take me to a European Bakery....and I will binge till I explode!:-)
