Thank you, Thank you!

This week is the final week of school for Tovrea. The first graders invited us to a Parents Program. It was so sweet. Each child made a poster of their parents, wrote, memorized and spoke their own letter of thanks.  It was impressive to see these 7 year olds one by one come up to the microphone and speak in their own words in front of all the parents and grandparents.

They sang several songs, my favorite and Tovrea's too, was Kind and Generous by Natalie Merchant. Belting out  "I want to thank you for your generosity, the love and the honesty that you gave to me.."

Brings a smile to my face...I love this boy!

Tovrea's letter: Mom and Dad, thank you for being nice. Thank you for playing with me and taking me to fun places like the museums and the pool! Thank you for being generous to me. Thank you for caring for me and bringing me to school. I love you both so much!
